- Bell pepper (any colour) sliced thinly
- 2 Tomatoes/Cherry tomatoes – sliced/cut into
- 8 Boiled egg – sliced/cut into
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- Dressing of your choice (omit for healthier option)
- Assemble all items accor ding to your liking
- Roll tight
- Cut into half and serve.
